HOW COACHING WORKS
A leadership coaching session typically begins with a brief check-in, where the coach and leader discuss recent challenges, progress, or reflections since the last session. The coach then helps the leader set a focus for the session. Through open-ended questions, feedback, and sometimes structured exercises, the coach guides the leader in exploring new perspectives, identifying obstacles, and developing skills and actionable strategies. The session concludes with a commitment to specific next steps, ensuring accountability and practical application of insights before the next meeting.
