My consulting clients are often start-ups, usually biotech or early stage software companies starting to scale but being intentional about organizational culture, design and development or wanting to understand, implement, or maintain Agile methods of working.

My facilitation clients are looking for an energetic and dynamic workshop leader to help leadership teams and project teams establish mutually understood vision and values, effective ways of working, and communication norms.
